Our toothbrushes are completely waterproof and can therefore be used in the shower! 🚿

However, you must make sure to close the rubber flap that protects the USB-C port after recharging your brush. But don't panic, you only need to recharge it once every 30 days! 😁

Also remember to dry your brush thoroughly after each use!

Our brush is equipped with 2452 soft Dupont nylon bristles (0.152mm), which provide very effective brushing while taking care of tooth enamel and gum tissue. 🙂

Indeed, dentists as well as the UFSBD do not recommend the use of medium or hard brushes.

These create lesions on your gum tissue, which can cause short-term bleeding and long-term gum recession, which can lead to gum recession.

This is why we do not offer medium or hard bristles, and we never will! 🙏.

Yes, our brush is 100% suitable for people with tooth sensitivities, or problems such as gingivitis/periodontitis.

Our orders are all shipped from our logistics warehouse, located near Paris.

Shipping is done the same day or the next day, and the delivery time is 48 hours after shipment in Metropolitan France, approximately 2-3 working days for Belgium and 3-5 working days for the rest of Europe (Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, etc.)

Our toothbrushes are perfectly suited for people with bridges, crowns, implants, pivot teeth, etc.

Unlike most major brands, which offer a battery life of 7 to 14 days, our brush's battery lasts 30 days with 2 uses of 2 minutes per day.

💪 To recharge it, simply open the rubber flap under the brush using your fingernail or a small pointed object, so you can connect the USB-C charging cable.

Let it charge for 3 hours for a full charge, and you're good to go for a month of battery life! ⚡️

Don't forget to close the flap after charging to restore the seal. 😉

1. White (blue) : the most powerful, it allows a slightly more vigorous cleaning.

2. Clean (green): with a medium intensity, it also allows a very effective cleaning.

3. Sensitive (red): this mode is slightly less powerful and with slightly less ample vibration movements.

Particularly suitable for people with tooth sensitivities, it will be even gentler than the others while remaining super effective. 😉

4. Polish (flashing blue): it allows you to "smooth" and polish the surface of the teeth to give them even more shine by alternating the two largest movements.

We recommend using it as a finishing touch, in addition to one of the first 3 modes.

5. Massage (flashing green): it gently stimulates the gums, to improve their blood flow and "strengthen" the bonds between the tooth and the gum to prevent gingivitis, or to avoid the return of a receding gum line, for example.

Please note that all modes can be used alone on a daily basis, or alternately, it's up to you, depending on your needs, even if, as indicated, the last two were rather created with the idea of being used in addition or occasionally! 😌
